Who we are

MotorClaim Accident Management is the trading name of Motor Claim Management Pty Ltd. Our team brings 10 years of accident-management experience, supporting Greater Sydney drivers from the first call through the claim and repair process.

We are an accident-management company. We coordinate towing operators, assessors, repairers and insurers against an agreed timeline and keep you updated. For eligible claims where liability is accepted or established, we seek recovery of reasonable costs from the responsible party or insurer; your obligations are explained before you sign.*

How we work

  1. We answer.

  2. We explain it in plain English.

    Excess, liability, credit hire, betterment — we'll tell you what each of them means for you before you agree to anything.

  3. We put it in writing.

    Every agreement you sign is explained line by line first. If a clause isn't clear, ask, and we'll go through it.

  4. We don't promise outcomes we don't control.

    Repair times depend on parts. Insurers move at their own pace. We'll tell you where your claim actually is, not where we'd like it to be.

Who we work with

Crash Solutions P/L — repairs

Any lifetime workmanship warranty offered by Crash Solutions P/L is subject to that provider's written terms and exclusions. Ask us for the applicable terms before authorising repairs. A different repairer's warranty is determined by that provider; it is not automatically the same. Depending on your insurance policy and how the claim is managed, you may be entitled to choose a licensed repairer. We can coordinate with Crash Solutions P/L or an eligible repairer you nominate and explain any restrictions before booking.

EXC Law Pty Ltd — legal
