A suitable replacement, delivered

A comparable replacement vehicle suited to your reasonable needs, subject to eligibility and availability. You may keep the replacement vehicle for the reasonable repair or total-loss settlement period, subject to the rental agreement and ongoing eligibility. Contact us before the agreed return date if you need more time; an extension must be agreed. We seek reasonable hire costs from the responsible party or insurer where liability is accepted or established. Your rental obligations are explained before signing.

*Subject to eligibility, liability, reasonable costs and the rental agreement. See the full cost and eligibility explanation below.

  1. A current, full and unrestricted Australian licence for the vehicle class for every driver; learner and provisional licences are not accepted
  2. A signed rental agreement — we explain every clause before you sign
  3. The vehicle returned in the condition it was supplied, less fair wear and tear; the collection fuel level is the return reference, but we do not charge for fuel used or any fuel-level difference
  4. Tolls and any infringements during the hire period remain the driver's responsibility — tolls are billed to you and infringement notices are transferred into your name

Everything is set out in writing before you take the keys. If anything in the agreement isn't clear, ask us and we'll explain it.
