In New South Wales the choice of repairer is yours. Use our partner Crash Solutions P/L, or nominate any licensed repairer you trust. We manage the booking and the paperwork either way.

Like-for-like replacement vehicle during repairs

A vehicle of a similar size and type to your own, delivered to you and collected when your car is ready. If you drive a people mover, you get a people mover — not a hatchback.

Lifetime warranty on repairs

Repair workmanship is warranted for as long as you own the vehicle.

Door-to-door service

Your car is collected and your replacement vehicle is delivered — at home, at work, or at the scene. You don't need to take a day off to sort out an accident.

How the money works

If another driver damages your car, they are responsible for putting you back where you were — including the cost of a comparable vehicle while yours is off the road.
